⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead and develop a mixed-experience field sales team selling into Tier 2 accountancy firms — owning new business, cross-sell growth, and high-quality execution. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, pipeline discipline, and seeing their team smash targets. 💥
Your mission:
* 👥 Manage & coach your field sales team to hit quarterly revenue targets
* 🧠 Embed MEDDIC as the core deal qualification & control methodology
* 📊 Run a high-performance sales cadence — weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, deal inspections & structured 1:1s
* 🌍 Drive pipeline generation & territory planning to unlock new opportunities
* 🏆 Build seller capability and shape a consistently high-performing culture
* 🤝 Collaborate across Marketing, CS, Product & Ops to support flawless execution
