Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for customers over the counter & on the telephone
* Maximise hire and sales revenue
* Cover deliveries and collections when essential to business demands
* Ensure vehicles are always loaded safely and in line with company procedures
* Responsible for appropriate branch presentation
* Carry out daily compliance and H&S checks, as directed
* Assist and attend stock takes as required
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
* Commercial mind‑set and aware of importance of service delivery
* Effective communicator with ability to influence and empathise
* Good attention to detail and IT skills
* Knowledge of local area
* Knowledge of hire industry desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of equipment desirable not essential
