A day in the life
* Collect the plan, own the room. The lesson is written; you bring it to life.
* Hold the line. Spot wandering minds at twenty paces and reel them back incalmly and fairly.
* Guide, dont lecture. Answer questions, nudge thinking, then watch the penny drop.
* Log the essentials. Take the register, note achievements (or antics) and hand the intel to staff.
* Repeatwith new faces. One period its Macbeth, the next its mitochondria. Variety comes as standard.
What youll bring
* A degree in any subject (your academic anchor).
* Solid experience with young peopleschool, coaching, tutoring or youth work counts.
* Behaviour-management confidence: firm, consistent, and hard to faze.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or youre happy for us to arrange one).
* Clear, professional communication and the poise to step in at short notice.
