Job Description
Provide care and support to service users within a very sheltered housing facility.
This role requires flexible working hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
The post holder must demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and the organization.

Please note, this position does not meet the salary threshold required for sponsorship.
This post involves working 3 shifts per week on a 4-week rolling rota, including one weekend on and one weekend off. Shift times are 7am-2:30pm and 2pm-9:30pm. One shift per week is an hour shorter than the regular shifts.
This is a Fixed Term position until 1/09/2026.

Requirements
This role involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If you have spent more than 3 months out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. The offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
You must obtain SSSC registration within 3 months of starting employment.
The minimum requirement includes providing two references, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
