Role : Property Manager Type : Temporary (3 months approx.) Location : Belfast Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 ( pro-rata ) Staffline Recruitment Ireland are delighted to be partnering with our client in their search for a Property Manager on a temporary basis in Belfast. The Property Manager will support a busy property function covering Northern Ireland, England, the Isle of Man and occasionally ROI. The role is based in Belfast with hybrid working and involves managing a varied property portfolio across multiple regions. What you'll be doing You'll help deliver a high-quality property and asset management service, supporting colleagues on a range of projects at different stages. Day-to-day work will include: Managing property acquisitions (leasehold and freehold), disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews Ensuring policies, governance and timescales are consistently met Maintaining a safe and compliant property portfolio through planned and reactive maintenance Acting as a point of contact between the organisation, tenants and property owners Working closely with operational and property teams to keep projects on track Building strong relationships with housing associations, developers and landlords Taking on additional duties as needed to support the wider team What we're looking for 3 years' experience in property management, development, estate agency or consultancy Experience with leases/licences and/or property management contracts (residential & commercial) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Able to work independently and manage a varied workload Proactive, solutions-focused approach Project management or construction/maintenance knowledge is a bonus Full, valid driving licence Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland, with full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom.
