Outstanding service is the heart of our business, and our aim is for customers who enter our stores, be greeted by a friendly team of Sales Advisors, who can offer expert help and advice. As a Sales Advisor you will be involved in all aspects of our busy store, delivering first class customer service on the sales floor and till point.
Key Responsibilities:
100% Customer Focus
1. Maintain positive and professional manners towards customers and colleagues
2. Support customers with product selection
3. Offering additional link sales
4. Ensuring all customers receive excellent customer service every-time
5. End to end customer service including till operations
Stock Management
6. Ensuring the store is fully replenished
7. Goods receiving duties
8. Stocktaking and inventory compliance
9. Merchandising & pricing
Retail
10. Competent in till operations including cashing up procedures in line with company policies and guidelines
11. Maintain high standard of shop floor standards including good stock levels and professional rapport with customers
12. Work with wider team and external stakeholders to drive sales through promotions, price changes, product knowledge etc
Health & Safety
13. Ensure health and safety policies are followed, including prompt reporting of workplace injuries.
14. Ensure the safe usage of all the cleaning materials
15. Ensuring store and stock rooms are kept tidy in line with H&S
16. Reporting any potential hazards on the shop floor or stock room to the manager/supervisors
Security
17. Ensuring security of stock on shop floor and compliance of till inventory
18. Responsible for the shop floor security when on shift
19. Awareness of potential security risks out with store and part of the greater airport community
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail environment, be self motivated and have the ability to work in a team and individually. The candidate should also have:

24. Ability to provide professional standard of services
25. Reliable in attendance and time keeping
