We are working with a trusted residential childcare provider seeking a confident, experienced manager to oversee two Ofsted-rated Good services: one solo EBD home and one 2-bed EBD home, both based in Bradford. With plans to expand to four homes by the end of 2026, this is a standout opportunity to make your mark as a senior leader from day one.
About the Role:
Responsibilities
* Hold dual registration across two local homes supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs
* Lead, develop and support your teams to deliver consistently high-quality care
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with Ofsted
* Drive continuous improvement and embed a child-focused, therapeutic culture
* Contribute to strategic planning as the provider prepares for growth

About You
* Experienced Registered Manager with a strong track record in EBD settings
* Confident leading across more than one service, or ready to step into dual registration
* Excellent understanding of Ofsted frameworks and quality standards
* Therapeutic, resilient, and committed to children s long-term outcomes
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
