Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
* Preparation of monthly accounting base data and supporting the preparation of the monthly management accounts
* Preparation and distribution of weekly sales reporting
* Processing invoices on internal systems
* Maintaining capital expenditure records
* Submitting routine ONS reports when requested
* Assisting with customs declarations to ensure uninterrupted supply of imported finished goods and raw materials,
What you will need to succeed:
* Good understanding of IT systems and software. Proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance
* Ability to prioritise and organise a large workload
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of explaining information simply information to Finance, Operational and other non-finance staff alike
What you will receive in return:
* Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
