The Director of Sales will
Report to the General Manager and have a dotted line to the Regional Sales Office for support
Manage and drive sales strategy
Have Budget responsibility
The business mix is from predominantly Corporate and MICE. Business knowledge of other sectors would be an asset for instance High End Leisure, DMCs etc
Support your strong team of seven in total to achieve results, by coaching, guiding when necessary
Be able to "Place Your Stamp" on the role, maybe look at aspects of the role from a different angle?
As Director of Sales you will have
Experience of being a Director of Sales, Regional Sales Manager / Director etc
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook,
The flexibility to visit clients, when necessary
Be tenacious, self motivated, proactive, can do attitude
Excellent man management, customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked within hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
