The main purpose of this role is to manage the engineers across multiple sites across the UK and ensure all operations are running smoothly throughout the business. In return, our client is offering a salary of £70,000P/A depending on experience + bonus. Reporting to the Operations Director, the responsibilities of the successful Operations Manager will include: * Labour Planning and Scheduling of the engineering team * Material Procurement and delivery coordination to avoid delays * Technical oversight to support the engineering department * Health & Safety compliance including RAMS, toolbox talks, site conduct * Cost control and variation management to protect profitability * Clients relationship management, ensuring developer expectations are met and escalations are handled proactively * Proactive and reactive planning of the day to day operations * To support recruitment The ideal Operations Manager: * Previous experience within Operations Management * Previous experience within the pump servcing industry. * UK Driving license * Self motivated personality that will ...
