About the Role
As a Business Development Manager on our Field Sales team, you will drive business growth by:
* Hunting for new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
* Tailoring digital marketing solutions during face‑to‑face and virtual consultations.
* Closing deals and negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets.
* Managing client relationships for a seamless experience and up to 12 months post‑sale.
* Analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and improve client ROI.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales (Field Sales or high‑performing telesales).
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
* Resilience and a positive outlook when overcoming objections.
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
