Tour Coordinator
Salary: £35,000
Working Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH (if applicable)
We’re looking for a polished and highly professional Tour Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has worked in a high-end, luxury, or premium service environment and understands what exceptional service truly looks like.
As the first point of contact for all new clients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience with us from the very beginning. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and onboarding new clients, ensuring they feel supported from day one
* Managing and coordinating client bookings with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Organising flights, travel arrangements, and associated logistics
* Providing an exceptionally high standard of customer care at all times
* Acting as a trusted and dependable contact for clients, handling queries with confidence and professionalism
* Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a high-end, luxury, or premium customer-facing role (hospitality, concierge, travel, corporate services, etc.)
* Possesses outstanding communication skills — warm, articulate, and polished
* Is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
* Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
