Our client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced and driven Head of D365 Sales to lead their new business development efforts across the Dynamics 365 suite. This is a strategic hire aimed at accelerating growth and expanding their footprint across multiple industries.
About the Role
As Head of D365 Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of Dynamics 365 solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure the delivery of high-value digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead new business sales across Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Business Central, Power Platform).
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting multiple verticals.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and present tailored D365 solutions.
* Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support client engagements.
* Represent the business at industry events and within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record of winning new business for a Microsoft Partner.
* Extensive experience selling Dynamics 365 solutions across various industries.
* Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner landscape and co-sell motions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales execution.
