We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's friendly and professional team based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that values its employees and offers excellent benefits and training.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor-

Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued optician clients.
Handling incoming calls and proactively managing customer accounts.
Inputting orders accurately and ensuring same-day processing.
Resolving queries and complaints efficiently in collaboration with team leaders.
Providing technical support related to optical lens dispensing (training provided).
Promoting new products, services, and offers to customers.
Re-engaging inactive or potential customers through proactive outreach.
Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor-

Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
Knowledge of the optical industry is a plus, but not essential.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong integrity.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Confident using IT systems and inputting data accurately.
Additional skills/job titles: Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, ABDO/ GOC, optical.
