Roles & Responsibilities: Leader Live the Purpose, Values and Culture of Clarke. Provide strong leadership to and develop an expert Finance and Systems Team. Build and maintain effective communication networks cross-functionally, and with key partners. 2. Steward and Operator Align financial strategy with business strategy. Alignment of commercial, finance and procurement functions Ultra-tight control and protection of balance sheet and working capital Lead budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven profit improvement. Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, processes, and controls. 3. Strategist, Catalyst, and Innovator Work with CEO and COO in prioritising short, medium and long term strategic objectives to support Business Plan. Analyse and communicate financial risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Partner with the CEO and Board to shape investment, capital allocation, and M&A decisions. Challenge business activity to improve efficiency and profitability. Stimulate and drive change in the company. Selectively push business improvement initiatives, and innovations that add value. Ensure the groups financial strength, resilience, and agility to support its long-term ambitions. 4.
