The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £45,000 (Depending on your experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturdays on a fair rota).
* Holiday: 30 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays).

What You Will Be Doing
* Race Prep & Innovation: Working with dedicated race engineers on tuning, custom modifications, and bespoke fabrication.
* Specialist Engineering: Gaining exposure to world-leading winch production and performance component servicing.
* 4x4 Performance: Handling high-end upgrades involving advanced suspension systems, heavy‑duty drivelines, and air‑locking differentials.
* Technical Complexity: Deep-level diagnostics, welding, fabrication, and complex mechanical overhauls.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every build meets the rigorous safety standards required for extreme off-road environments.
Are You The One?
* Experience: You are an experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with a deep mechanical understanding.
* Expertise: A strong background in 4x4 vehicles or performance engineering is a significant advantage.
* Passion: You have a genuine hunger for Motorsport and off‑road builds.
* Skills: You have a problem‑solving mindset and a desire to master advanced fabrication and mechanical techniques.
* License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
