Temporary Buying Admin Assistant - 3 MonthsContract Duration: 3 MonthsPay: £13.85 per hourLocation: Hybrid - 3 days office-based, 2 days remoteStart Date: ImmediateJoin a leading name in the fashion industry, renowned for delivering cutting-edge fashion experiences worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Performance Monitoring:Generate weekly trade reports to track department performance and stock levelsPrepare event performance reports, highlighting key insights and identifying opportunities and risksCoordinate daily pricing activities, manage uploads and requests, ensuring accuracy in Just In dataRun Sell Thru Performance reports and collaborate with Merchandisers to identify actionable insights by brand, category, and PIDStock and Sales Management:Manage intake flow, ensuring stock delivery targets and inbound Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are metSupport with WSI Promo and Clearance buildsUpdate Brand Weekly Stock and Sales Intake (WSSI) and Markdown Funding Requirement (MFR) reportsPrepare daily performance reports, highlighting key findings and managing visibility of key brands with PID restrictionsAdministrative Support:Prepare and distribute key department and FOB Monday reportsRefresh ad-hoc reports as needed, providing timely support to Assistant MerchandisersPrepare analysis and trend reports to assist with stock buys and buy plansCompile performance reports to support strategy meetings and business reviewsTake ownership of key business reportsSupport the Merchandise Operations Team with weekly intake reportsCollaborate with Buying Admin Assistants to support the broader B&M team tasksSkills and Experience:Strong numerical and analytical skills.Advanced Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tablesTeam player with excellent relationship-building skillsExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsProactive problem solver with the ability to use initiative efficientlyExcellent work ethic and multitasking abilitiesProfessional demeanor with strong communication skillsInterested in contributing to the success of our client and playing a pivotal role in their operations?
