Based out of their recently refurbished HQ in Hoddesdon, you’ll be joining a multi-million pounds business with a strong foothold in the market, where you will run the technical engineering department, acting as the main point of expertise and interface across multiple teams. Role breakdown Reporting into the technical director, you’ll work alongside the senior leadership team to drive forward electronic product development, with not only a strong hands-on competence, but the ability to run, motivate and improve team members. You’ll be given freedom to implement your own processes, ideas and personality in this role, which is very much seen as a first of it’s kind for the team.
