The Production Shift Manager you will be getting involved in… * Leading your shift to meet production targets while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and cost control * Coaching and developing your supervisory team to foster a high-performing, motivated workforce * Driving continuous improvement in waste reduction, efficiency, and GMP compliance * Managing people performance, including absence, discipline, and succession planning * Ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness across all production activities * Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to support product launches and resolve issues * Championing a culture of safety, food safety, and operational excellence * Supporting the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in a Production Manager / Shift Manager role within the food manufacturing sector. * Strong leadership and people management skills * Food Safety and HACCP qualifications (minimum Level 3) * A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels * A solid understanding of cost drivers, compliance, and best practice manufacturing The application process: Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
