This is a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate offering up to £17.95 piece rate (dependant on weekly production volumes). There is also potential for overtime opportunities.
Shift Patterns: Monday Friday, 06.00 14.30 OR 15.15 23.45.
As the Skilled Butcher you will:
* Work in a team-oriented environment preparing and trimming beef products.
* Safely and efficiently handle knives to meet quality and safety standards.
* Maintain strict food safety & hygiene procedures.
* Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets.
We are looking for a Skilled Butcher with:
* Proven knife-handling experience (block test required).
* Own transport is preferred (car share options available).
* Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
* Strong commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
* Right to Work in the UK.
