SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (PRE-OPENING)
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, energetic, and value-driven individual to lead the Sales and Marketing department. You will oversee and optimize the product—encompassing hospitality, experiences, and community—while managing the broader business strategy to support growth, revenue, and market expansion.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team, acting as an ambassador to drive both new and existing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer-facing role, presentation skills and a willingness to engage with guests are crucial to ensure their satisfaction.
* Manage Sales, Marketing, PR, and Communications functions.
* Prepare and oversee the Sales & Marketing budget and implement programs within the business plan.
* Create and execute the Sales & Marketing plan aligned with departmental objectives.
* Engage in Public Relations activities with agencies.
* Pursue awards recognition at local and international levels.
* Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and marketing to proactively respond to market trends.
* Ensure alignment of all Sales & Marketing functions with financial goals, messaging, and timing.
Sales Responsibility Functions
* Coordinate marketing efforts to support sales, catering, and reservations to maximize revenue.
* Prioritize support based on market conditions, allocating resources efficiently.
* Identify and pursue tailored sales strategies targeting UHNWIs, luxury travel agents, private concierges, and corporate clients.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Budget Control & Owner Reports
* Prepare monthly and annual budgets and forecasts with the General Manager.
* Provide monthly performance reports and action plans for owners.
Client Relations
* Manage PR and creative agencies for both local and international markets.
* Establish strategic partnerships to enhance guest experiences and increase venue traffic.
* Plan press visits and attend travel shows to showcase the hotel’s USPs.
* Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to boost digital exposure.
* Maintain current photography to drive website traffic.
Promotions
* Coordinate with Rooms and F&B departments to develop marketing plans and promotions.
* Ensure timely production of marketing materials and press releases.
Strategic Partnerships
* Establish partnerships with premium fitness centers, exclusive clubs, and cultural venues.
* Develop collaborations with luxury brands for sales and marketing initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* 3-5 years’ experience in a similar luxury property role; pre-opening experience is highly desirable.

* Strong work ethic, agility, clarity of thought, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
