HR Advisor – Incora
Derby, United Kingdom | 12‑month Fixed Term Contract (Hybrid working)
About You
You’ll be a confident communicator, calm and diplomatic with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally across multiple sites. You’ll be CIPD Level 5 qualified and have a strong background in employee relations, data analysis and current employment legislation. Empathetic and professional, you will be comfortable managing complex cases and navigating sensitive issues. Intermediate Excel skills are essential.
Your Role
* Absence, disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, performance including probation, and flexible working
* Policy guidance, writing and updating
* Data analysis to support decision‑making and identify trends
* Complex Employee Relation cases, including those involving equality legislation
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 5
* 3 years’ proven experience as a HR Advisor, ideally within the industrial sector and across multiple sites
* Strong knowledge of employee relations, data analysis and employment legislation
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Strong communication, diplomacy and empathy
