Required Skills NetSuite Job Summary NetSuite Systems Administrator Salary: £55,000 – £68,500 Hours: Full-time, standard business hours (9am – 6pm) Location: Southwest London, Hybrid (3 days in the office) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NetSuite Systems Administrator to support global finance operations within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for finance system users, resolving issues across ERP, AP, T&E, and close management platforms. Manage user access, roles, workflows, and customisations to optimise functionality. Support onboarding of new users and deliver training to ensure systems are used effectively. Create and maintain training resources and user guides. Monitor and troubleshoot system data flows and integrations, resolving discrepancies. Design and implement workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance automation and reporting. Participate in projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations. Provide support to global teams and contribute to the financial systems roadmap. About You: 4 years’ experience in financial systems support or administration. Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite and Coupa (preferred). Familiarity with tools such as Oracle EPM, FloQast, and Concur is desirable. Good understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR). Strong Excel skills and experience with ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, FreshService). Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Proven experience managing NetSuite implementations, including configuration, data migration, and training. Strong communicator, proactive, and a team player.
