Sales Enablement Support
£18-£25/hour
Surrey
Temporary, hybrid/remote working
2 Months with a possible extension

Our client, an IT advisory firm are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist. You will be responsible for improving business practice by liaising with top-performing sales representatives to gather insightful information. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Role in a nutshell

This role is all about talking to sales team members to understand what makes them successful, then writing up those insights clearly so others can learn from them. You’ll be interviewing top sales reps, asking good questions, taking detailed notes, and turning those conversations into useful summaries and reports. It’s important to stay organised, meet deadlines, and keep in touch with the wider sales enablement team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Essentially, you’re helping capture and share the best sales practices across the company.


What you’ll do

* Guide conversations to extract the most insightful responses.
* Liaise with Sales Enablement team to understand priorities and deadlines.
* Keep records of interviews and include a summary of key points using Microsoft Word, ensuring clarity and completeness.
* Maintain professionalism throughout the interview and documentation process.
* Provide regular updates on progress and escalate any challenges quickly.
* Carry out interviews with CSEs (Customer Sales Executives)following a structured agenda that will be provided.


What you’ll need

* 2 years+ professional experience in interviewing and sales.
* Be able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with interviewees.
* Impeccable organisational skills especially when scheduling multiple interviews.
* Meticulous note-taking abilities and attention to detail in documentation.
* Tech Savvy
