Emr are recruiting for a highly ambitious recruiter to help grow our comms business. This is a warm desk that has always made money for emr.
Responsibilities:
* Be the go to person for all comms roles at emr
* Proactively build relationships with decision makers in the comms industry
* Source candidates for live roles through use of linkedin, database and from warm candidates
* Key account management with existing and new clients through regular communication and client visits.
* New business development through a variety of BD techniques, generating new jobs to ensure ongoing revenue opportunities for you and the wider business
* Negotiate fee rates in line with the company authority matrix
* Write and place effective recruitment advertisements
* Engage with your network to promote and support business initiatives, such as events
* Build a senior candidate network
* Meet sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan, personal objectives and monthly 1:1 meeting with manager
* Involvement in client pitches with support from management when necessary
Requirements:
* Ideally 1-2 years experience in marketing / comms or digital recruitment
* Natural competitive spirit & commercial acumen
* Money motivated
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Demonstrable evidence of where you have excelled in a particular field/skill.
£40-45,000 + excellent bonus scheme. No threshold.
