Key Responsibilities
* Support class teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons
* Provide focused support to individuals and small groups, both in and out of the classroom
* Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports students learning and well-being
* Assist with the planning and preparation of lesson materials and resources
* Deliver targeted interventions for students with additional needs
* Support students social and emotional development
* Contribute to tracking student progress and providing feedback
* Maintain effective communication with staff, parents, and carers
