Production Machine Operator Join a Fast-Moving, High-Energy Team!
Location: Dudley
Shifts: Weekly rotation (6am2pm & 2pm10pm, MondayFriday)
Reports to: Production Team Leader

Were looking for motivated, proactive Machine Operators to join our fast-paced production team. If you thrive in an energetic manufacturing environment, love solving problems on the fly, and take pride in keeping operations running like clockwork we want to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing:
Keeping machines running at their best with first-line troubleshooting and interventions
Carrying out start-up and shutdown checks with precision
Monitoring live data and performance to help smash daily production targets
Performing routine maintenance and quality checks
Spotting and acting on opportunities for process and product improvements
Playing a key role in waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
Ensuring everything runs smoothly and reporting any issues swiftly
What Were Looking For:
Great attention to detail and manual dexterity
Reliability, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
A continuous improvement mindset (bonus points for 5S or lean experience!)
