This is an opportunity for a Head of HCP Marketing to join a market-leading global healthcare business, specialising in products and services that support people with chronic and intimate healthcare needs.
Operating within a high performing product portfolio, this is a senior leadership role with significant visibility across both UK & Ireland and global teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the strategic direction of a high-value product portfolio, ensuring strong engagement with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across the NHS.

* Salary up to £100k + car + 25% bonus
* Located in Peterborough with hybrid working (2-3 days wfh)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership – Lead the strategy and execution of the product portfolio across the UKI, ensuring alignment with both local and global objectives
Stakeholder engagement – Maintain strong communication across multiple internal workstreams, presenting business cases and delivering updates to senior leadership teams
Commercial planning – Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, digital, clinical and consumer teams to develop robust forecasts and business plans for pipeline innovations
Product launches – Develop and deliver comprehensive launch plans, defining KPIs and ensuring successful cross-functional execution, with continued performance tracking post-launch
Team leadership – Lead, coach and develop a small marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting individual development
KOL & advisory management – Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, ensuring advisory boards deliver valuable insights that shape future strategy
Market insight & innovation – Identify growth opportunities, leveraging market understanding to develop innovative strategies and future direction
Leadership contribution – Act as a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to wider business strategy and decision-making
About You
You will be an experienced and strategic marketing leader with a strong track record marketing to healthcare professionals, ideally with experience across product launches, brand management and multi-channel campaign delivery.
You will bring a combination of commercial acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into clear, actionable strategies.
A confident communicator, you will be comfortable presenting at senior level and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across both local and global teams.
People leadership is key, you will have experience developing high-performing teams, coaching individuals and creating a positive, accountable culture.
You will also be naturally curious and proactive, with the ability to spot opportunities, solve problems and adapt within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
