About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing in-class support and targeted interventions. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to ensure pupils feel supported, engaged, and empowered to succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assisting with classroom activities and differentiated learning
* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion
* Helping students with emotional regulation and social skills
* Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff

* Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
