The ideal candidate: Has previous experience working with children or in a school environment Communicate effectively and work well in a team Strong knowledge on safeguarding protocols Confident enthusiastic and supportive with the pupils The role: Work closely with the pupils (in 1:1 or small groups), assisting where necessary to support their needs and education Support behaviour management and classroom routines Assisting the teachers in delivering lessons Creating a positive and inclusive environment Why Teaching Personnel?
