What skills and experience we're looking for

* Experience of working in a busy office or administrative environment (school experience desirable)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and school systems (e.g. SIMS/Arbor – desirable)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
* Experience of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A welcoming and professional manner when dealing with pupils, parents, staff and visitors
* Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to keeping children safe
* Ability to follow school procedures and contribute to efficient office systems
* Flexibility and willingness to support wider school operations where needed
