We’re looking for a marketer who can balance creative digital campaigns with the professional 'safe hands' approach our clients expect. You’ll play a key role in our growth by managing the technical side of things, setting up the links between our landing pages and CRM to ensure every new lead gets a seamless, automated experience from start to finish Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy, optimising our CRM. You will map the sales journey, automate follow-up tasks, and ensure our data is clean and actionable. High-Converting Landing Pages: Design and manage landing pages specifically for financial products. You’ll focus on clear value propositions and high trust-signals to capture quality leads. Lead Generation, Execute outbound and inbound campaigns. This includes LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and potentially managing small-scale PPC or social ads. Marketing Automation: Build "drip" email sequences to nurture prospects over long financial decision-making cycles. Key Technical Skills CRM: Experience with CRM, automation, and reporting. Web Tools: Proficiency in landing page builders and design Email: Mastery of email marketing platforms
