Salary – Starting from £26,790.40 per annum (pro rata) / £12.88 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri | 20 Hours Per Week |10:00-14:00 or 11:00-15:00

We’re looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our cosy Harwell Day Nursery on a permanent, part time basis.
This cosy 94 place setting based on Harwell Campus in Didcot cares for children 3 months to 5 years old across 3 rooms and benefits from sensory corners, reading areas, imagination play stations and more. The Role:
As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
* Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
