As our Night Team Leader you will play a crucial role in ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night Manager, you will think on your feet, proactively solving problems and be versatile, supporting all hotel departments.
What you’ll do
* Lead and motivate the night team to ensure high standards of service across all hotel departments.
* Ensure delivery of brand standards and proactive problem-solving during night shifts.
* Collaborate with the Night Manager to manage operations and guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
