A highly respected national Financial Planning firm, with a strong and long-established presence across the North West, is seeking an experienced IFA/Financial Planning Administrator to join their Manchester office. The Role
You will provide first-class administrative support to a team of highly qualified Paraplanners and Financial Planners, ensuring the smooth processing of client business from initial instruction through to completion. This is a varied, client-focused role where relationship-building and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and maintaining accurate client records
* Processing new business applications and handling valuations
* Liaising with product providers and third parties
* Preparing meeting packs and supporting client review processes
* Ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
