I am looking for a hands-on IT Technician to support and maintain internal IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with hardware and resolving technical issues in person. I am looking for someone who has experience with Microsoft server environments, practical IT support, troubleshooting and maintaining laptops, printers, and assisting with server hardware refreshes.
What to expect
* Provide on‑site technical support to users across the business.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and print‑related issues.
* Assist with server hardware maintenance and refresh projects.
* Support and maintain Microsoft server environments.
* Carry out basic networking troubleshooting.
* Experience with server hardware upgrades or refresh projects.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
* Basic network troubleshooting experience.
* Experience with device imaging or deployment tools.
* Experience fixing hardware – printers, computers, laptops.
