The St.Regis London is seeking a Spa Therapist to bring the spa philosophy to life through expert touch, intuitive care, and an unwavering commitment to wellbeing. You will deliver exceptional treatments, guide guests through personalised wellness journeys, and uphold a serene, refined environment that defines our spa experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional massage and body treatments using advanced techniques, products, and modalities
* Assess guest needs, including contraindications such as allergies, high blood pressure, or pregnancy
* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring immaculate presentation and a calming atmosphere
* Escort guests to and from treatment areas, offering warm, personalised guidance
* Ensure guest comfort and safety through attentive communication and professional care
* Promote spa services and retail, supporting revenue growth through thoughtful recommendations
* Maintain hygiene and sanitation, including cleaning, sterilising tools, and managing linens
* Adhere to treatment timing to ensure smooth daily operations
* Handle inappropriate behaviour in accordance with Marriott International procedures
* Maintain current skills, licensure, and knowledge of industry techniques
* Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete all required safety training
* Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality
* Build positive working relationships across the spa and hotel teams
* Support additional operational duties as required
Core Competencies and Qualifications
* A recognised massage therapy qualification
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment
* Expertise in massage, body treatments, and holistic modalities
* A warm, intuitive approach to personalised guest care
* Strong communication skills and a polished, confident presence
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability
* A calm, composed manner in high‑pressure or sensitive situations
* Commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and professional standards
* Physical capability to perform treatments and operational duties
