Overview
We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion and learning of student(s) with Special Educational Needs and/or a Disability in line with Hayes policy and practice, and the Equalities Act 2010. The role will be to work across the school, as directed by the SENCO/Assistant SENCO, to support a range of students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability. You will need to demonstrate a professional approach in all aspects of work with colleagues, students and parents/carers and to be a role model to students, demonstrating a positive and problem-solving approach at all times.

Our school benefits from and actively contributes to a range of partnerships and we are the lead school for the Bromley Schools’ Collegiate, a School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider for primary and secondary teacher training.

Scale 2 (point 3-4) £24,137- £24,482 (Actual)
