About the Role – You will:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all restaurant, bar, and guest areas
* Follow all health & safety and hygiene regulations
* Ensure all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently and thoroughly throughout the day
* Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs promptly
* Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to support smooth, well-run operations
* Take pride in creating a welcoming, polished environment for both guests and staff
About You – You will have:
* A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
* Great attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, well-presented space
* Experience in a similar role (preferred, but not essential)
* A proactive and reliable approach to every shift
* The ability to stay organised and focused in a busy venue
* A team-player mindset and a willingness to support wherever needed
