Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire)

Clinical Requirements
* PEG feeding
* Tracheostomy care
* Personal care
* Moving and handling
Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
* Day shifts – 07:00 to 19:00
* Night shifts – 19:00 to 07:00
What the Role Involves
* Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
* Supporting with community access and social activities
* Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
* Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
* Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting people with complex needs
* Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
* Strong communication and reliability
* Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values
* Ability to work independently and professionally

Compliance Requirements
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, right to work verification, and full CQC/Schedule 3‑compliant onboarding.
