Driver Hire Chester and North Wales are currently looking to recruit a Class 1 ADR driver for our client based in Sandycroft to work 3 to 4 days a week with a 4am Start, typically 8/10 hr days this is a temp position to April 2026
The role involves:
1. Conducting daily checks on vehicles to maintain road worthiness and comply with company and legal standards
2. Ensuring tachograph records are compliant in line with WTD and drivers hours regulations
3. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness inside and outside of cab, reporting defects and incidents promptly
4. Collection from their depots across the North East and delivery to their depot in Sandycroft
You will need:
5. HGV Class 1 driving licence
6. Current drivers CPC
7. Current ADR licence (Class 2 Gases, Tanks)
8. Experience of fuels/Oils/Gas is essential, Hoses, coupling etc..
9. Valid digital tacho card
10. Flexible approach and excellent communication skills
