Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Manchester - Excellent Company / Career Path
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital media by designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze performance data across multiple channels to generate insights and continuously improve results.
Responsibilities
Lead and maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project lifecycle — from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting
Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
Clearly understand client/business objectives and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with growth targets
Develop engaging and conversion-focused digital content across platforms (social media, email, paid ads, landing pages, website content)
Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying new technologies, tools, and automation opportunities to enhance marketing performance
Analyze campaign performance data across multiple channels and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Provide detailed analytical reporting and present results, recommendations, and ROI analysis to senior stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) and other paid media platforms
Strong hands-on experience with SEO and SEM strategies
Demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects or scaling digital marketing functions
Experience developing digital content strategies and overseeing content creation
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive performance improvements
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
