Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) provides new and replacement meters, water saving initiatives, and develops new ways to better serve our customers. IMA is part of the Embedded Alliance within Anglian Water, working collaboratively with other organizations to share skills and expertise.

What will you be doing as a Contact Team Member?
You’ll be a key interface for our customers by planning and making appointments, primarily through outbound calls, with some inbound support. You will support frontline customer service, booking appointments, and addressing customer concerns. You will also assist with social media campaigns to generate additional appointments.
Strong communication skills, including verbal and written, are essential. You should have expertise in SAP and Genesys for booking and customer contact, and a basic understanding of Oracle. You will collaborate closely with schedulers and team members to meet customer needs.
What it will take to do this job
* Identify customer-specific or auto-schedule jobs and liaise with customers to confirm appointments.
* Handle customer queries and direct questions to appropriate teams.
* Make new appointments and work with team members to meet targets.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and support process improvements for first-time resolution.

* Commercial awareness and understanding of the regulatory environment.
* Ability to translate technical knowledge to customers.
* Ownership of problems and requests, with clear communication on resolutions.
* Relationship-building skills based on respect, trust, and confidentiality.
