Travel & Events Coordinator

Location: Milton Keynes. Salary: £14.50 per hour. Contract: Temporary Assignment - 3 Months. Start Date: Monday (Immediate Start Available). Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Booking domestic and international flights, hotels, and travel arrangements.
* Coordinating transport and logistics for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
* Managing and supporting multiple calendars and meeting schedules.
* Organising meeting rooms, conference facilities, and event venues.
* Arranging catering and hospitality requirements for meetings and events.
* Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events, workshops, and business meetings.
* Preparing meeting documentation, agendas, and presentations where required.
* Maintaining accurate records and travel schedules.
* Liaising with suppliers, travel providers, and internal departments.
* Providing general administrative support to senior managers and business teams.
* Managing changing priorities and responding to urgent requests professionally and efficiently.


What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in an Administrative Coordinator, Travel Coordinator, Events Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
* Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience booking travel, accommodation, and coordinating diaries.
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* A proactive and flexible attitude with a customer-focused approach.
