Purpose of Role
The Assistant Operations Manager supports the HoIO, DHoIO, and the operations team in coordinating and administrating ACI’s international productions and artist performances, ensuring high standards aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery of existing productions: Contract administration, marketing coordination, technical updates, booking artists/staff, budget assistance, technical arrangements, and logistics including travel, visas, and itineraries.
2. Production supervision: Managing rehearsals, technical delivery, performance oversight, artist welfare, and travel arrangements.
3. Accounts support: Assisting with invoices, expenses, and account reconciliation.
4. General administration: Updating booking software, social media, website, mailing lists, and supporting new production development.
Skills and Behaviours
* Degree or equivalent qualification
* At least 3 years’ experience in concert, artist, or event management
* Organized, methodical, and efficient workload management
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem-solving and adaptability
* Attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Experience in multinational environments and with Overture software
* Languages, marketing, and PR skills are advantageous
* Proactive, responsible, respectful, and flexible attitude
