About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Income Team as a Housing Income Officer.
In this role you will support residents to manage their rent payments and finances effectively, allowing them to thrive in other areas of their lives.
You will provide a proactive and supportive income collection service, balancing prevention, support and recovery. You will work effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
Put forward new ideas, constructively challenge the status quo and embrace change.
Most importantly you must be passionate about excellent customer service and supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.
About The Team You'll Be Working In
It's an exciting time to join the team, we already have a wealth of experience so whilst experience is beneficial it's not essential as training is provided. Our focus is on doing the right thing at the right time, and you will be given the freedom and trust to be successful. You recognise and understand the paradigm shift associated with a restorative approach, and that working with residents provides the best outcomes for all involved.

You possess great listening skills to truly understand the issues at hand and show empathy whilst maintaining a professional approach.
You are a highly organised individual and can manage a high volume of work with ease.
