Job title: Associate Town Planner Location: Cornwall Salary: Competitive As a specialist recruitment consultant operating in the planning and development sector, I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded, independent planning consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Town Planner to support and lead projects across Cornwall and the wider South West region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planner ready to step into (or further establish themselves in) a senior leadership role within a growing, well-respected consultancy known for delivering commercially focused advice across residential, mixed-use, rural and regeneration projects. The Opportunity You'll play a pivotal role in leading projects, managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members, while working closely with senior leadership on strategy and business development. The Cornwall market is buoyant and diverse, offering exposure to everything from strategic housing promotions and rural estates to tourism and regeneration schemes. You'll have the autonomy to shape your workload while contributing to the continued growth of the regional presence.
