Banner Business Solutions (trading as Complete) is one of the UKs leading providers of business supplies and services. We support organisations across both public and private sectors with everything from workplace essentials to technology, furniture, PPE, and managed services.

Due to continued growth, were looking for a driven and commercially focused Telesales Executive to join our high-performing Derby-based team.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales role where youll be responsible for generating new business, growing existing accounts, and driving revenue through proactive outbound calling.

Youll play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through outbound cold calling and lead generation
* Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, converting prospects into active accounts
* Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
* Maintain high levels of daily call activity and achieve KPIs
* Develop strong, long-term customer relationships over the phone
* Manage a high volume of transactional sales effectively
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline in the CRM system
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
* Negotiate pricing and maximise profitable sales opportunities

What Were Looking For

? Essential

* Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
* Confident making outbound sales calls daily
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
* Strong objection handling and closing skills
* Organised with excellent time management
* Resilient, motivated, and results-focused

? Desirable

* Experience within business supplies or office products
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Experience using CRM systems
* Background in fast-paced or transactional sales environments
