Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team.
About the Role: Lecturer in Health and Social Care
As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach up to Level 3 in Health and Social Care. In particular, we are looking to appoint a member of staff with a Science (Biology) or vocational specialism (Healthcare). You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements at Vocational level. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

About You
We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:
Proven experience in Vocational programmesStrong knowledge of Health and Social Care up to Level 3. A Science (Biology) specialist or an individual with a good vocational background (Nursing, Midwifery, Allied Healthcare) is preferred. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skillsA commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teachingA recognised teaching qualificationYou should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
