Don’t worry if you’ve never driven a bus before; we’ll be with you every step of the way to get you started. With the help of our experienced team and our Arriva Training School, you’ll have all the tools you need for full CPC training, so you’ll be behind the wheel in no time. We do the right thing at Arriva, which is why you’ll be earning an hourly rate of £12.75 for the first 12 months, rising to £15.00 thereafter. We’re offering full-time opportunities with potential for overtime if you’d like to take additional hours.

Pay Rates:
* Trainee Drivers: £12.75 per hour (first 3 weeks)
* Post-training (Trainees):
* Monday to Saturday: £12.75/hr (rising to £15.00 after 12 months)
* Sunday & Bank Holidays: £18.70/hr (rising to £22.00 after 12 months)
About you:
While no prior bus-driving experience is required, we do have a few requirements. You’ll be over 18 with at least 12 months of driving experience and no more than 6 points on your license. If you’re passionate about great customer service and want to support your local community, we’d love to hear from you.
The role will be shift-based, so you need to be prepared to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Next stop, Arriva!
